One of the best aspects of Easy Striders membership
is guidance by our Coach.
Many joined the club for fitness, but progressed under Coach Jim's training to compete in organized races, from 5-kilometer events to marathons.

Coach Jim, founder of Easy Striders in 1985, is a PhD in Sports Psychology and a recognized expert in health, fitness, and sport.
He has competed and won many local events and several national masters championships.
